The gas pressure regulating valve is controlled by lever type differential pressure feedback. The gas in the gas cylinder is liquid, and the pressure is too high, so the gas cylinder must be depressurized to be suitable for combustion in the furnace. The gas pressure regulating valve is broken and must be renewed. Consequence 1: no venting; consequence 2: no decompression.
Without decompression, it is easy to cause the rubber tube to fall off and leak gas, with unimaginable consequences. Principle of decompression: high pressure medium is filled into a relatively large cavity through a small hole to realize decompression, in fact, pressure is reduced by closure. The two sides of the diaphragm or piston are the outlet port, one side is the artificial pressure, and the valve rod controlling the size of the small hole is connected with the diaphragm (piston).
